At least 6 of my late works are Cubist....They continue large-scale, small-piece Cubism, sometimes figure-ground, sometimes allover. So far they are not Expressionist, but rather still using Synthetic pieces, though more fully abstract than the original Synthetic Cubism. The biggest departure I see is that they can be organized as much by color as by space (see Self-Portrait).

Several are based on the musical form Fugue, while others are more loosely imitative or contrapuntal.
